TOWERY: "Oh it’s going to get  terrible.  I mean we talked about this  long before that election.  it’s going to become a disaster  because you simply— the  revenue is not there.  and the promises that he’s  made, he can’t fulfill.  so he’s going to have problems  on both ends of the political  spectrum.  he’s going to have people whose  money he’s trying to take.  who can’t give anymore.  and then people expect things  and he doesn’t have the money.  I see what he’s even talking  about cutting the police force  there to help balance his  budget.  holy moses are they in trouble  in New York.”
