BERNSTEIN: “The most important thing right now is that the rule of law has been followed. As you know, my insights into this whole development with changes in international trade from this administration has focused on tariffs and the disruption to global trade, its impact on affordability, much like the issues you were just talking about with Diane, about housing. But when it comes right down to it, the fact that the Supreme Court came down on the side of the rule of law in a case that was clearly in violation of the precepts of the IEEPA legislation is a good day for America. This is the liberation day, in my view.”
