BESHEAR: “So I’ve served as the chief law enforcement officer in Kentucky for four years. I’ve led law enforcement groups. I’ve worked with law enforcement from the federal to the local level. As governor, we run the training for local law enforcement. And you are technically the head of the Kentucky State Police. What we see with ICE is an out-of-control law enforcement organization. They have — (Applause) — they have an American body count.”
