Rep. Maxwell Frost Calls the SAVE Act a ‘Project of Authoritarian Fascism in This Country’

FROST: “How many of you have heard of the SAVE Act? OK. Well now it's the Save America Act. This is a horrible, horrible piece of legislation, which is obviously, it's one of the largest voter suppression laws in the entire country, which by the way, if your vote didn't matter for real, they wouldn't be trying to pass the Save America Act. The whole purpose of trying to pass it is because they know what's coming down the pipeline, not just at the federal level, but down ballot as well, and that's an existential threat to their project of authoritarian fascism in this country, and that's why they're pushing the SAVE Act.”
