KENNEDY: “Well, Tom Homan has done a good job of calming things down. I'm a big Tom Homan fan. Number two, it's better in Minnesota, but it's not well. A big part of the problem, and the reason we have to send in so many ICE agents, is because we get no cooperation from state and local cops, because the politicians won't let them. And so we have to send in extra ICE officers to watch and protect the ICE officers who are actually arresting the illegal immigrants with a criminal record.”
