Concha: Kamala Harris Getting Back into Politics Would Be ‘the Most Welcome News’ for the GOP 2028 Ticket of Vance and Rubio

‘What makes her and her advisors think anything will be different this time around?’

EXCERPT:

CONCHA: "Carley, Todd, I would say that this is probably not just goods news, this is the most welcoming news for J.D. Vance and Marco Rubio, and that will be the Republican ticket in 2028 barring some patently unforeseen circumstance. The best news is having Kamala Harris and any fill-in-the-blank as her running mate. I have a feeling that won’t be Tim Walz again this time. Because think about this: If voters rejected her campaign after what, it was 107 days the last campaign, just imagine how voters will feel after hearing her and seeing her on the campaign trail in 2027 and 2028 — and these things can go on for two years. After two years of exposure, if you think the Kamala brand only gets stronger, you have not been paying attention, especially the tone time she ran for president, legitimately, in 2019 when she did not earn any votes whatsoever and did not even get to Iowa. So one has to wonder, what makes her and her advisors think that anything will be different this time around? I mean, can anyone really remember one campaign promise she made in 2024 that we're still talking about today or wish had happened if she were elected? So that's the thing here. She likely will run, her competition will likely be fellow California liberal Gavin Newsom, and again, regardless who wins this battle, know this: California politicians have not been successful as a national brand since pretty much Ronald Reagan nearly 50 years ago. That is just the facts."
