It was like, you know, Donald Trump is an ideas guy, basically suggesting that Trump is just throwing some things out there, seeing what sticks. But this issue in particular, to the extent Trump really goes for this credit card caps thing, is the kind of issue that can really split the Republican Party in a lot of different ways, because there is some of that old guard, that old guard fiscal conservatism that still exists there. And this idea is anathema to everything that they believe about fiscal policy.”
