MAST: “I think the more interesting part of that vote is going to be all the debate that leads into it, because this will be the first time in the history of Obamacare actually being law that Republicans are going to put forward this bill and have a say so in what are really the subsidies. No Republicans voted on it the first time when Obama passed it and no Republicans voted on it any during Covid when the enhanced subsidies went into place. So this will be the first time that Republicans really take on the real meat and potatoes of debate of it while being in charge.”
