JOHNSON: “The program doesn't expire until the end of December, so we have time to have all those discussions and debates. But, yes, it is illegal for illegal aliens to receive health care paid for by hardworking American taxpayers. But they're making the demand to change that. They want to add that back in. That's one of Chuck Schumer's primary demands to keep the government open, and we're not going to do that. The American people didn't vote for us to do that. We're trying to clean up the system.”
