Liz MacDonald: The U.S. Economy Is Strong, Russia Is Weak and ‘Running Out of Cash’
‘It is in severe stagflation’
RUSH EXCERPT:
MacDONALD: "Okay. The Trump-Putin summit, b-2 stealth bombers and f-22s flew over President Trump and Russia’s Vladimir Putin in a show of force to Putin, military might, as they meant on – met on the tarmac in Alaska. Here’s the deal, the U.S. economy is strong. Russia is weak. Russia is running out of cash. It is in severe stagflation. For example, potatoes are up 62%. Butter up 35%. Bread, 18%. Of interest rates at a high 18%, stagflation. Russia is losing at least $300 million a day on its war in Ukraine. That war is eating up about 40% of Russian government spending, and a huge 8% of its entire GDP."
