John Brennan: Trump Put Us in This Position by Pulling out of Iran Nuclear Deal

CABRERA: “Do you think we’d be in this position now if the U.S. had not pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal in the first Trump Administration?”
BRENNAN: “Absolutely not, because the Fordow was prohibited from enriching uranium until 2030. And so Trump’s decision to tear up that agreement and to abandon it, the Iranians were adhering to it, the United States was not. So I think the United States has — has had a chance to prevent this from happening, but unfortunately I think the Trump Administration has decided to go forward with Bibi Netanyahu’s plans to do as much damage as possible inside of Iran and go toward regime change.”
