RUBIO: “We won’t give up on it in a sense that we will be ready to help where we can but there does come a point where President Trump has to decide how much time at the highest levels of a government do you dedicated for maybe but at the two sides are not close enough? I would argue even more important issues around the world not that award Ukraine is not important but I would say what is happening with China is more important for the future of the road. Obviously Iran’s nuclear ambition all these other things we have going on. At some point in time it either has to be something that can happen and we all need to move on that will be a decision the president will have to make.”
