ZINKE: “Well, it's interesting. On South America, Central America, and Mexico, largely, we have forgotten it at our own peril. And the Monroe Doctrine, I think, is a standard of our policy. And, of course, Canada is in trouble, long in trouble, you know, as far as you're doing the policies go. So, you know, a shot across the bow, especially with the Panama Canal. Remember, we have China and Cuba. We have Maduro in Venezuela. We've had Russian ships there. And the Panama Canal is critical to our national security. And at present, it is being run by the Chinese Communist Party.”
