RAMAN: “The U.S. is acting as if it's going to remain in the Paris Agreement. They sit in the halls and they have the audacity to talk about increasing ambition and to delete every reference to the means of implementation of finance. They're going to walk out of this COP next year. They're not going to be here. So why are they in the rooms destructing the negotiations and obstructing the negotiations and the other developed countries hiding behind them? And this hypocrisy is something that really annoys us. So, this is why we have always said, and I have said it publicly, pay up or shut up!"
