Gov. Noem: ‘We Need to Have a Secure Border’
EXCERPT:
NOEM: “It is going to be a big operation. And President Trump has already indicated that he wants to start by making sure that we’re deporting the most dangerous first. Those criminals, murderers, rapists that are threatening safety in our communities, they’re going to be the first ones on the list to go. And from there, yes, it’s a commitment, but it’s a commitment for our national security interests. And we need to have a secure border, know who is here, and then recognize that many of these dangerous individuals and people who aren’t here to make America better are on programs and they’re spending taxpayer dollars in many of these states to clothe them and to house them and take care of them and their families, when the responsibility shouldn’t be on the American taxpayer, the people that live here. It should be on their countries where they came from.”
