TORRES: "And Jose, in a simple message, it's climate change. We're seeing these mosquitoes move in and the types of mosquitoes that carry these viruses. And it's not just these ones we have to worry about. If you remember last year, Chikungunya, Zika, a couple of years ago, another virus that moved in and caused a lot of problems, especially with unborn children. So the climate change is getting these mosquitoes that carry these viruses into the United States and into parts of the states they weren't in before.”
