    EXCERPT:

GASPARINO: “This is where this gets really funky with the First Amendment and communications laws, you know, outside of the U.S.. I mean, as we all know, the libel laws overseas are incredibly harsh on the authors, on publishers. In the U.S., you know, you have that New York Times versus Sullivan, which is a very high standard for libel, you know, absolute malice test. On top of that, you have Section 230 of the Communications Act, which literally allows -- gives such great leeway to the platforms that they have to be involved in a criminal action. But, you know, all bets are off overseas. And, yeah, Zuckerberg, if they're going to -- if they can go after this guy, there's no reason why they can't go after Zuckerberg for some of the same stuff.”
