Arnold Schwarzenegger warned MSNBC on Thursday that the traditional “climate change dialogue” is not working, especially when it comes to high-polluter countries.

Schwarzenegger joined Jonathan Lemire on MSNBC’s Way Too Early on Thursday, and the former California governor was joined by John Podesta, a senior advisor to President Joe Biden on clean energy innovation and implementation. Both men are speaking at the Austrian World Summit, an event backed by Schwarzenegger’s initiative focused on climate change.
