Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should not have been invited to address Congress.

Republican congressional leaders announced Thursday evening that Netanyahu will address Congress in a joint meeting on July 24th. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) released a statement claiming the “bipartisan, bicameral meeting symbolizes the U.S. and Israel’s enduring relationship.”
