KELLOGG: "There is going to be collateral damage. You have to accept that. We have accepted it all along that is how wars are fought that’s how it’s going to be fought this time and we should just keep our mouths shut. We should very simply say, we are with you, we understand what you’re going to do, we understand there’s going to be some damage, that’s how wars are fought, just carry on. We constantly make those clarifying remarks which you are right it shows inconsistency. If your enemy is reading your lips, they are saying they really don’t mean it."
