When these stores are closed there’s really very little left. So it is terrible when this happens. It is not just like somebody stole some stuff so it is a little crime they don't have to get prosecuted for which is what some prosecutors and some local jurisdictions seem to think. If the criminals do not go to jail, this will continue. Because It is like a party for them, it is free stuff."
