RUSH TRANSCRIPT Scott Chairman ░░░░░░░░ There were some arrests ░░░░░░░░ these Philadelphia smash and ░░░░░░░░ But it does not ░░░░░░░░ like it s doing ░░░░░░░░ to dent the problem ░░░░░░░░ Now thank goodness there ░░░░░░░░ some arrests But frankly ░░░░░░░░ need to learn that ░░░░░░░░ are not victimless crimes ░░░░░░░░ are violent crimes with ░░░░░░░░ threat not only to ░░░░░░░░ employees but also to ░░░░░░░░ Beyond that there are ░░░░░░░░ consequences beyond some of ░░░░░░░░ products being stolen it ░░░░░░░░ a lot of work ░░░░░░░░ get these stories into ░░░░░░░░ of these locations Not ░░░░░░░░ that but they are ░░░░░░░░ to the success of ░░░░░░░░ urban areas They provide ░░░░░░░░ to buy groceries to ░░░░░░░░ pharmacies They provide low ░░░░░░░░ products that are not ░░░░░░░░ otherwise in these areas ░░░░░░░░ provide employment When these ░░░░░░░░ are closed there s ░░░░░░░░ very little left So ░░░░░░░░ is terrible when this ░░░░░░░░ It is not just ░░░░░░░░ somebody stole some stuff ░░░░░░░░ it is a little ░░░░░░░░ they don t have ░░░░░░░░ get prosecuted for which ░░░░░░░░ what some prosecutors and ░░░░░░░░ local jurisdictions seem to ░░░░░░░░ If the criminals do ░░░░░░░░ go to jail this ░░░░░░░░ continue Because It is ░░░░░░░░ a party for them ░░░░░░░░ is free stuff.”
