It’s going to be a part of Walter Isaacson’s new book, where they talk about how he geofenced Starlink to limit Ukraine’s ability to launch a drone attack on Russian naval ships. This one man deciding what can and cannot be done, in the book he apparently justifies this by saying that he had conversations with senior Russian leadership and he was worried about that escalating into a nuclear war. It’s a lot when one man, one single man, has that sort of control over world affairs.”
