JEAN-PIERRE: "So, look, I'm not an expert. I can't predict how this is going to move forward or how this is going to look in the future, but certainly we've seen — I mentioned the West Coast has dealt with this for some time, so this is not uncommon, sadly, it's only getting worse. But this is why the president has made climate change a priority. This is why he's taking the aggressive actions that he's taking, historic actions, and he's certainly going to continue to stay focused on how we move forward on dealing with climate change. Again, I'm not an expert, but clearly, as we have seen over the last couple of decades, climate change has been a real problem. It is the science that shows us that."
