KEANE: "The wet season is there right now in the month of April, and I think in May or June, the Ukrainians will likely begin their offensive. They have been having 9 to 12 brigades training in Germany and also in the united kingdom on combined arms. And that’s pretty sophisticated high conventional warfare, and that’s a combination of mechanized infantry and tanks in the same organization. That’s part of the 35 brigades they have. This is in addition, excuse me, to those 35 brigades. There is a real opportunity for Ukrainians to take some significant territory when they conduct this offensive operation."
