MSNBC’s Perry: Russia Bombs Theatre Housing Around a Thousand Civilians

PERRY: “And as the sun comes up this morning, we are going to be looking at that theater, around the thousand civilians huddled inside that theater. And in fact, in the last few hours we have seen Maxar technology, a satellite image showing that written around that building in Russian were the words 'children.' That is why the local officials there say that the they believe that the Russians were targeting that theater. Again, we understand that the entryway was collapsed so we just don’t know who survived that attack. The rescuers are hoping today the bombardment will ease a little bit so they can get to that site.”
