Katy Tur, Ukrainian Guest Become Emotional in Calling for a U.S.-Administered No-Fly Zone

There are a lot of Americans out there who -- sorry -- who are sating they want a no-fly zone as well but, again, so far what we’re hearing from officials they don’t want to start another world war that is near.
