Ohio’s Volunteer Fire Fighters Are Threatened By Obamacare (Washington Free Beacon)
Obamacare can add another local fire department to its list of victims.
WCHM’s Ted Hart reported that Pickaway Township, in Ohio, is being forced to provide health insurance to their volunteer firefighters.
Obamacare requires that if employers have the full time equivalent of 50 or more employees, you have to provide health insurance. The IRS has classified volunteer firefighters as employees.
