ALEXANDER: "What do you say to Americans who disregard the new CDC guidance and get a booster shot anyway?"
BIDEN: " Well — (Laughs) — I’m not sure how they get it, but — "
ALEXANDER: "There are people who go into stores right now and just have got it without any high-risk situation or underneath that age limit. It happens around the country as we speak."
