Sen. Lindsey Graham: ‘This Phone Call Is a Nothing-Burger in Terms of a Quid Pro Quo’

GRAHAM: "The President was between a rock and a hard place. I think he did the right thing. You know, I'll make my own opinions up and I have, and I'm really clear about this. This phone call is a nothing-burger in terms of a quid pro quo. The President of the United States did not remotely suggest to Ukraine, 'If you don't do my political bidding against the Bidens, I'm going to cut your money off.' He talked to me last night about, 'South Korea needs to pay more. Maybe we should withhold money from South Korea.' I said, 'They probably should pay more, but we shouldn't withhold money because that sends a bad signal to China.'"
