Megyn Kelly to Brennan: Are We Still Capturing Terrorists?

The head of the CIA said terrorists are still being captured and interrogated, but offered few details

KELLY: “Hi. Megyn Kelly, FOX News. Can you speak a little bit about the importance of actually capturing terrorists. Are we still doing that and where are we keeping them, and how are we interrogating them now in today’s day and age under this president?”
BRENNAN: “Well, I think it is critically important that terrorists be captured and a lot of times they are captured and arrested in the United States. The Bureau and others do a great job of it. What we need to be able to do is to work with our partners, again, to identify individuals and to have them captured. So there are places throughout the world where CIA has worked with other intelligence services and has been able to bring people into custody and engage in the debriefings of these individuals, either through all these other partners and sometimes there are joint briefings that take place as well. So although there are not a lot of public pieces on Fox News about somebody that might be picked up in different parts of the world ...  but there are a lot of examples where we are getting some very good insight into what terrorist organizations are planning. A lot of times we rely on our partners services in order to have the understanding about what is going on in the country so they can elicit that information.”
