Grimes Still Refuses To Say She Voted for Obama

‘I’m not going to compromise a constitutional right provided here in Kentucky in order to curry favor on one or other side or members of the media’

Peter Principled: Obama Disciple Grimes Denies Him a Second Time (Truth Revolt)

Senator Mitch McConnell and Democrat nominee Alison Grimes had their first and only debate tonight in the Kentucky Senate race. There weren't many moments that might affect the outcome of the election, but there was one moment that certainly will affect the amount of copy written about the evening. Grimes once again and still refuses to answer whether or not she voted for President Obama. For those keeping Biblical count, this is the second time she has denied him.

"Bill, there's no reluctancy," said Grimes. "This is a matter of principle." She stated that as a an election official it was her responsibility to uphold the ocnstitutional right to privacy at the ballot box.

"I'm not going to compromise a constitutional right provided here in Kentucky in order to curry favor on one or other side or members of the media. I'll protect that right for every Kentuckian," she bravely and gravely intoned. It was not immediately clear how answering the question of her support for Obama was protecting the sacred rights of others.
