SPICER: "Again, we are prepared for multiple contingency. The United States for decades has been well aware of North Korea sensation of hostilities in the peninsula. We'll continue to monitor the situation. The president’s team continues to provide him update with -- with the actions and threats that North Korea poses and we will take appropriate action.
