Grabien Exclusive Montage: ‘Team Obama Spikes the Iraq Football ... Prematurely’

When President Obama announced America was concluding its withdrawal from Iraq in 2011, he sounded a triumphant note, stating: "We're leaving behind a "solid, stable, and self-reliant" Iraq.

Today, that "self-reliant" country is teetering on collapse, threatened by al Qaeda-linked militants methodically making their way toward Baghdad.

While certainly no laughing matter, President Obama's premature triumphalism reminded Grabien's editorial staff of DeSean Jackson's infamous habit of spiking the football ... before entering the endzone.
