KIRBY: "I think it’s a message that -- that much of the international community is behind. I mean, this is one common threat that so many nations share that I think it’s -- it's -- it's good for us all to have a unified approach on eliminating terrorist networks and getting rid of the threat they pose not just to -- to the United States or even to the West but to people all around the world. So I think we have been very, very staunchly defending our security abroad by going after terrorist networks very aggressively in places like Yemen and Libya and certainly Iraq and in Syria. I mean, this is something we’re working very, very hard on. So, and if you’re asking me can we get behind a message of going after these guys and continuing the offense, absolutely we can get behind that."
