BAER: "Well, the Palestinians apparently beat it. They hit their intelligence center. They hit the cameras. They got around the detectors along the wall. The Palestinians are very, very sophisticated when it comes to technology. And they always have been. And they knew exactly what they were doing. I think really the biggest failure is this plan was being attacked, it was being planned by Hezbollah back in 2007. And so it is just, it was a failure of imagination on the Israelis’ part and this is the biggest problem for them and it has set back Israel just incredibly."
