WOLF: "The secretary is an immigration attorney, he knows exactly what he is doing. What they have done over the past 27 months is a very deliberate plan put in place and I think I sight in that hearing it in my testimony about a dozen different places where he’s unfaithfully executing the law and breaking and stretching immigration law for political purposes so I think of fact with the American people need to understand, it’s not in incompetence, this is a crisis that has been ravaging now for over two years but it's a crisis by design. This is everything they plan for, they campaigned on and now they are executing it."
