Judge Napolitano: Recovered E-mails Prove Hillary Lied During Benghazi Hearing

HEMMER: "What is next? Judge Andrew Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst. Good morning to you. Based on what he is describing there, what happens now?"
NAPOLITANO: "Well, you know, his call for special prosecutor, independent counsel is actual word, is particularly appropriate this morning in light of what the Justice Department dumped on us about 5 o'clock Friday afternoon, that is not withstanding the destruction of emails and deception under oath and attacking of political organizations with what she disagreed. Mrs. Lerner, Lois Lerner, the former head of the charitable branch of the IRS will not be prosecuted. So we now know this Justice Department is not above making political decisions when the evidence of guilt is overwhelming. Now with respect to Mrs. Clinton, she had three audiences before her, Bill, on Friday. She forgot about one of them. She had the committee. We all knew that and she bested some of them and a couple of them got under her skin. She had the American public basically listening for 15 second sound bites and general impression. The third audience she forgot about the 25 or so FBI agents or special prosecutors who were watching and listening to her every word because it is not only a crime to lie to Congress, that is lying under oath, and she was under oath. It's a crime to mislead Congress. As Senator Cornyn just pointed out she persists in misleading Congress about what she knew when. The FBI was also looking for something called bad acts. In her case the natural proclivity to lie, whether under oath or not. The more they see of that, the easier it is for them to build a case against her, based on her natural deception."
HEMMER: "So you're listening from a legal standpoint and you heard -- what?"
NAPOLITANO: "I heard her say to Congressman Pompeo of Kansas, it is late at night. It is about 8:30 or quarter of 9:00. The hearing ended about 10 after --Mrs. Clinton do you know anything about the distribution of weapons to rebel groups? The answer, no. Not only does she know about it, not only did she orchestrated, but I have seen, anybody can, these are public documents, her personal written authorizations to permit American arms dealers to sell arms to Qatar, knowing they were going to be distributed to rebel groups in Libya because she wanted to topple Gadhafi."
