Montage — Sen. Menendez: The Obama Doctrine’s Most Persistent Democratic Critic

Today the Department of Justice announced federal corruption charges are being filed against Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), who just so happens to be the most outspoken critic of President Obama's foreign policy. 

Of Obama's trading relaxed relations with Cuba for an American aid worker, Menendez said he's encouraging others to kidnap U.S. aid workers and begin making demands.

The president's actions in Cuba, he said, "are making a challenge for us globally." 

Menendez was also vocal in his support of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu speaking before Congress. If you understand Jewish history, he said, you'd want to attend his speech. 

On the administration's planned Iran deal, Menendez went so far as to say the administration's talking points sound like they "come straight out of Tehran."
