BAIER: "I think, you know, the more the president talks about it the more likely this is going to go forward. I think the real question is what exactly are you going to get out of this first sit-down? I say first because it’s very complicated and it could be a scenario where you have a meeting, a summit, and it leads to another one. There was a president who met with the Soviet leader four times in four different summits. President Reagan did, and it may be one of these things where they get up from the table and don’t have everything solved. But it does look at this point like it's going forward."
