LEWIS: "We’ve heard the President over and over and over again say that North Korea was going to give up their nuclear weapons and then their position changed once the North Koreans talked to the Chinese. I don’t think that’s true at all. But I think from the Chinese perspective, they’re really interested in North Korea not making too much trouble. So one of the reasons I think the collapse of this summit is a big win for Kim Jong-un is he’s made the Chinese happy and he hasn’t had to give anything up. It’s a pretty good day for him.”
