Plus we’re going to add some other capabilities that have eroded in these last number of years. So trump, Putin knows that he’s got a different person he’s dealing with geo politically and a different person he’s dealing with when it comes to military capability. It was the Reagan buildup that eventually helped bring down the Soviet Union. Believe me, that’s in Putin’s rear view mirror, dealing with the Trump Administration."
