McCain on Death of Otto Warmbier: This ‘Cannot Go Unresponded To’

‘This inhumane treatment is obviously something that cannot go unresponded to’

EXCERPT:

McCAIN: "I think we have to examine all of our options. This inhumane treatment is obviously something that cannot go unresponded to. I think we have to be careful, I think we have to be calibrated, and I think we also have to keep in mind that within rocket range of the DMZ, the boundary between North and South Korea is a whole bunch of rockets that could hit a city of 26 million people, i.e. Seoul. So we need to approach it very carefully. It’s going to have to be measured. But for it to go unresponded to is something that I don't think the American public or — frankly, should be the case because it was just sad to see, obviously. Tragic."
