BLUMENTHAL: "Friendly reminder to Jeff Sessions as attorney general, number one, Hawaii, that island in the Pacific is our 50th state. Number two, judges routinely issue orders that apply nationwide. So there is nothing amazing about that fact except that our constitutional system really is amazing. A judge can uphold individual rights against a president who issues an unconstitutional order. It is amazing, it's the marvel of the world. I think Attorney General Sessions perhaps needs to be reminded a little bit that this amazing fact is very much a part of our Constitution."
