░░░░░░░░ utility and as a ░░░░░░░░ they filed for bankruptcy ░░░░░░░░ we re doing everything ░░░░░░░░ our power to reimagine ░░░░░░░░ utility They regardless they ░░░░░░░░ in the process as ░░░░░░░░ noted of these psps ░░░░░░░░ these power safety shutoffs ░░░░░░░░ these blackouts that impacted ░░░░░░░░ of California and you ░░░░░░░░ these wildfires on top ░░░░░░░░ that and these blackouts ░░░░░░░░ these two things cannot ░░░░░░░░ and this can t ░░░░░░░░ the new normal and ░░░░░░░░ ll hold them to ░░░░░░░░ and have them come ░░░░░░░░ of bankruptcy and it ░░░░░░░░ decades of mismanagement focusing ░░░░░░░░ shareholders and public safety ░░░░░░░░ got us here Years ░░░░░░░░ years of disinvestment into ░░░░░░░░ the utility hardening their ░░░░░░░░ and transmission lines and ░░░░░░░░ their system with microgrids ░░░░░░░░ making it more modern ░░░░░░░░ more resilient They ll ░░░░░░░░ out of this process ░░░░░░░░ reimagined utility and focusing ░░░░░░░░ public safety and focusing ░░░░░░░░ grounding and advancing the ░░░░░░░░ carbon green growth goals ░░░░░░░░ have my family in ░░░░░░░░ and people are saying ░░░░░░░░ s becoming unlivable because ░░░░░░░░ the fires and the ░░░░░░░░ of living Talk about ░░░░░░░░ horizon for a state ░░░░░░░░ California coming down on ░░░░░░░░ shoulders and the rest ░░░░░░░░ the state Let me ░░░░░░░░ establish a couple of ░░░░░░░░ of reference California is ░░░░░░░░ record surpluses as the ░░░░░░░░ government is enjoying record ░░░░░░░░ We are significantly outperforming ░░░░░░░░ rest of the nation ░░░░░░░░ domestic product meaning our ░░░░░░░░ growth we re the ░░░░░░░░ largest economy in the ░░░░░░░░ 115 consecutive months of ░░░░░░░░ job growth remarkably this ░░░░░░░░ season has been below ░░░░░░░░ We actually were able ░░░░░░░░ suppress the vast majority ░░░░░░░░ these fires and heroism ░░░░░░░░ and down the state ░░░░░░░░ ways that we haven ░░░░░░░░ in the past and ░░░░░░░░ ve pre positioned more ░░░░░░░░ than we ve ever ░░░░░░░░ and the states are ░░░░░░░░ in extreme ways and ░░░░░░░░ ll tackle homelessness and ░░░░░░░░ 75 million and we ░░░░░░░░ them in the budget ░░░░░░░░ jump start our efforts ░░░░░░░░
