    CAPEHART Does that mean ░░░░░░░░ not does this mean ░░░░░░░░ Democrats have completely have ░░░░░░░░ leverage in any fight ░░░░░░░░ forward DeLAURO No the ░░░░░░░░ will continue to have ░░░░░░░░ I think that this ░░░░░░░░ a mistake on the ░░░░░░░░ of Senator Schumer and ░░░░░░░░ Democrats who voted with ░░░░░░░░ It was a historic ░░░░░░░░ if you will when ░░░░░░░░ would not give President ░░░░░░░░ this victory As a ░░░░░░░░ of fact the president ░░░░░░░░ Senator Schumer on this ░░░░░░░░ this victory We had ░░░░░░░░ opportunity understand that there ░░░░░░░░ a way out And ░░░░░░░░ frankly this has not ░░░░░░░░ covered The way out ░░░░░░░░ the legislation that I ░░░░░░░░ in the House and ░░░░░░░░ Murray did in the ░░░░░░░░ We couldn t get ░░░░░░░░ in the House because ░░░░░░░░ lost that vote though ░░░░░░░░ all voted against it ░░░░░░░░ in the Senate there ░░░░░░░░ this opportunity to do ░░░░░░░░ Senator Murray said And ░░░░░░░░ I said was let ░░░░░░░░ have a 30 day ░░░░░░░░ resolution let the Appropriations ░░░░░░░░ hammer out the details ░░░░░░░░ we could come to ░░░░░░░░ agreement And we were ░░░░░░░░ very close to coming ░░░░░░░░ an agreement when the ░░░░░░░░ leadership under Speaker Johnson ░░░░░░░░ the White House said ░░░░░░░░ they were better off ░░░░░░░░ off with a one ░░░░░░░░ continuing resolution because it ░░░░░░░░ a transfer of power ░░░░░░░░ the Congress and that ░░░░░░░░ of the purse from ░░░░░░░░ Congress to the executive ░░░░░░░░ was what was at ░░░░░░░░ And there was a ░░░░░░░░ out and my Democratic ░░░░░░░░ didn t take it ░░░░░░░░ had a way to ░░░░░░░░ this and to do ░░░░░░░░ was best for ordinary ░░░░░░░░ But we will continue ░░░░░░░░ fight and have that ░░░░░░░░ CAPEHART Excuse me Congresswoman ░░░░░░░░ I actually I just ░░░░░░░░ I m sorry DeLAURO ░░░░░░░░ God bless you CAPEHART ░░░░░░░░ you, thank you.”
