SIDNER Yeah it s ░░░░░░░░ it s really disturbing ░░░░░░░░ this is not over ░░░░░░░░ The crisis still continues ░░░░░░░░ these fires Speaking of ░░░░░░░░ homeowners insurance companies have ░░░░░░░░ nearly three million people ░░░░░░░░ California before this historic ░░░░░░░░ because of past fires ░░░░░░░░ being the most costly ░░░░░░░░ worst fire damage the ░░░░░░░░ has ever seen Is ░░░░░░░░ insurance crisis going to ░░░░░░░░ and what can FEMA ░░░░░░░░ to try and help ░░░░░░░░ that are caught in ░░░░░░░░ CRISWELL I am really ░░░░░░░░ about the insurance crisis ░░░░░░░░ not just California is ░░░░░░░░ but we re seeing ░░░░░░░░ in other places You ░░░░░░░░ with climate change we ░░░░░░░░ seeing an increase in ░░░░░░░░ weather events and catastrophic ░░░░░░░░ as a result of ░░░░░░░░ events And so our ░░░░░░░░ are going to help ░░░░░░░░ the recovery but we ░░░░░░░░ not going to rebuild ░░░░░░░░ s home And so ░░░░░░░░ think what we need ░░░░░░░░ focus on is we ░░░░░░░░ trying to help communities ░░░░░░░░ helping California rebuild after ░░░░░░░░ that we do it ░░░░░░░░ a way that s ░░░░░░░░ to make them more ░░░░░░░░ reducing the impact from ░░░░░░░░ events making it more ░░░░░░░░ for the insurance industry ░░░░░░░░ want to cover the ░░░░░░░░ right If we can ░░░░░░░░ the potential risk then ░░░░░░░░ they ll stay And ░░░░░░░░ I think we need ░░░░░░░░ have conversations with them ░░░░░░░░ what does that look ░░░░░░░░ so we can encourage ░░░░░░░░ and incentivize them to ░░░░░░░░ in these communities.”
