KEILAR So Michael insurance ░░░░░░░░ are leaving these areas ░░░░░░░░ They re looking at ░░░░░░░░ and insurance prices if ░░░░░░░░ can insure your home ░░░░░░░░ going up What does ░░░░░░░░ portend for how we ░░░░░░░░ rebuilding these communities as ░░░░░░░░ country MANN Yeah You ░░░░░░░░ it s interesting It ░░░░░░░░ something that I saw ░░░░░░░░ in 2020 I was ░░░░░░░░ in Australia doing a ░░░░░░░░ when they experienced what ░░░░░░░░ now call the Black ░░░░░░░░ this summer of unprecedented ░░░░░░░░ and drought and wildfires ░░░░░░░░ anything they had seen ░░░░░░░░ And one of the ░░░░░░░░ that happened there are ░░░░░░░░ areas now in Australia ░░░░░░░░ aren t insurable anymore ░░░░░░░░ they re just two ░░░░░░░░ prone Insurers don t ░░░░░░░░ to insure them It ░░░░░░░░ not a good bet ░░░░░░░░ them And I said ░░░░░░░░ the time and it ░░░░░░░░ to Australia that the ░░░░░░░░ stage to un inhabitability ░░░░░░░░ un insurability If you ░░░░░░░░ t insure a home ░░░░░░░░ a region you re ░░░░░░░░ going to want to ░░░░░░░░ there And we re ░░░░░░░░ the same thing now ░░░░░░░░ our coasts here with ░░░░░░░░ battering storms one after ░░░░░░░░ next insurers are going ░░░░░░░░ pull out because it ░░░░░░░░ isn t you know ░░░░░░░░ s too much of ░░░░░░░░ risk for them It ░░░░░░░░ you know it s ░░░░░░░░ a good bet for ░░░░░░░░ to insure these homes ░░░░░░░░ again the first stage ░░░░░░░░ un inhabitability is un ░░░░░░░░ And that s what ░░░░░░░░ re seeing now along ░░░░░░░░ coasts here in the ░░░░░░░░ States KEILAR Yeah And ░░░░░░░░ look at this damage ░░░░░░░░ we see why Michael ░░░░░░░░ always great to have ░░░░░░░░ input Thank you so ░░░░░░░░
