Politico Reporter: Hillary ‘Sounds Not Quite Ready for Primetime’ (Washington Free Beacon)

Politico reporter Maggie Haberman suggested potential Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton sounded “not quite ready for primetime” Thursday on CNN after yet another interview went awry for Clinton on NPR.

Clinton snapped at interviewer Terry Gross after she dodged questions multiple times about her evolution on gay marriage, accusing the host of twisting her words.

Clinton also took criticism for saying she and her husband were “dead broke” after they left the White House in 2000, as the two have raked in more than $100 million since that time from speechmaking alone. Also, Clinton talked about their struggle to pay for their “houses,” a statement that didn’t sit well with Americans who have a hard enough time making ends meet with just one abode.
