Spicer: Trump Was Having Some Fun When He Said Health Care Would Be Easy

REPORTER: "The President last night speaking to senators said, I know they’re all going to make a deal on health care that is such an easy one. I have no doubt it will happen very quickly.' What is the renewed sense of optimism and what exactly is very quickly?" 
SPICER: "I think there is a little bit of sound that needs to go with that. I think he was having a little bit of fun with some previous comments that he made with respect to how easy it would be to get health care. But there is a renewed sense. I think the comments and the calls that the President has gotten, as well as the Vice President and other members of the senior team that have come in and said 'We believe there is a path forward. We have some ideas and we'd like to talk to you about that.'"
